Biological Agriculture

What is Organic Agriculture?

An agricultural way to respect the balance between man, soil, plants and animals by means of harmless practices that will maintain and improve soil fertility. In order to fight against culture enemies, insects like the ladybugs, birds like swallows, reptiles like ladder snakes and mamnals like hedgehoges may come forward in order to substitute pesticides, which will only be used within a strict control policy. From a fertile and healthy soil, healthy and fertile plants and animals which contribute to a better lifestyle, are being produced.
Ever since organic agriculture started to be practised the number of organic farmers all over the world has increased, as well as the number of people who have chosen to eat cereals, fruits, and vegetables free from toxic residues, with better quality and excellent taste, an increase that can also be observed in our country.
